DAY ONE - St Bees to Ennerdale Bridge
DAY TWO - Ennerdale Bridge to Rosthwaite (and into the Lake District)
DAY THREE - Rosthwaite to Grasmere
DAY FOUR - Grasmere to Patterdale
DAY FIVE - Patterdale to Shap (and out of the Lake District)
DAY SIX - Shap to Kirkby Stephen
DAY SEVEN - Kirkby Stephen to Keld (and into the Yorkshire Dales - the 'Promised Land')
DAY EIGHT - Keld to Arkengarthdale
DAY NINE - Arkengarthdale to Richmond (and out of the Yorkshire Dales)
DAY TEN - Richmond to Danby Wiske (across the Vale of Mowbray)
DAY ELEVEN - Danby Wiske to Osmotherley (across the Vale of Mowbray and into the North York Moors)
DAY THIRTEEN - Blakey Ridge to Egton Bridge
DAY FOURTEEN - Egton Bridge to Robin Hood's Bay (and journey's end)
