Mountain Navigation Skills weekend
Coniston, Lake District
28th & 29th September 2013

Some of the best weather I've experienced in the Lakes, with clear blue skies. Great group of people - Mark, Maria, Paul, Pierre, Duncan and Steve. We enjoyed two days on the Coniston Fells, and an evening at the Black Bull where we, amongst others things (such as eating and drinking beer!) modelled various mountains from the map contours using play-doh!

Saturday - Coniston, Coppermines Valley, Boulder Valley, Levers Water, Brim Fell ridge, Low Water, Miners Bridge

Sunday - Coppermines Valley, Hole Rake, Steel Edge, Wetherlam, Red Dell Beck

Wild Camping Mountain Expedition Snowdonia
August Bank Holiday weekend 2013
What a fantastic weekend - sunshine, no rain, great views and only met half a dozen other people over the two days as we walked across the Moelwyns, whilst thousands were queuing up Snowdon!

That was until we reached the top of Cnicht on Sunday morning as it was the Croesor/Cnicht Fell Race!
