Kettlewell, Yorkshire Dales
8th - 10th September 2017
Based from the Racehorses Hotel at Kettlewell, 29 people met up on Friday evening for our Icebreaker (team architect - making a work of art out of paper clips, straws, paper and balloons!). On Saturday, the 'leisurely' walk head over to Littondale (and the Falcon Inn), whilst the Adventurous walk headed up onto Buckden Pike (702m), with its peat hags, abandoned lead mines and fantastic views. On Saturday night we had a Pub Quiz. On Sunday, the walks ranged from an easy flat riverside walk to the summit of Great Whernside (704m)!
