Howgill Fells, Yorkshire Dales

2 days walking across the moors, hills and fells of the beautiful Howgill Fells. The course was based at the superb Dalesman Inn at Sedbergh. The emphasis of this course is using contours as the prime method of navigation - landform features, slope aspect and angle, contouring, distance estimation, compass work and sound route choice.
